Elsewhere in the Indian Ocean, an all-inclusive option has been added at the Equator Village in the Maldives.
Making its debut in the Seychelles in 2000 is the newly developed five-star Lemuria Hotel while a cheaper option is the Fleur de Lys apartments on the island of La Digue.
In the Middle East, new hotels in Dubai include the super luxury Burj Al Arab where three nights’ bed and breakfast lead in at £959. The five-star Sun International Royal Mirage is also new.
Elite has also increased properties in Bermuda and Sri Lanka while tailor-made options have been added in South Africa.
