FORMER United Airlines chief marketing officer David Coltman
has joined on-line travel service Opodo as its first permanent chairman.
Coltman replaces Felix Garcia Viejobueno who was filling the
post until a permanent chairman was put in place. He will report to the new
chief executive officer, who is yet to be appointed following the departure of
Giovanni Bisignani earlier this year.
Coltman said: “I will work closely with the CEO and the
board to ensure Opodo achieves its vision of becoming the European travel agent
of choice for customers and product providers.”
