FCO warns against holiday travel to Israel

HOLIDAYMAKERS should not go to Israel, the Foreign and
Commonwealth Office has warned.

The FCO has advised people against “any non-essential travel
including holiday travel” to Israel.

The FCO said terrorist attacks in Israel are not aimed at
British interests, but “pose a threat because they are unpredictable and
indiscriminate and often in areas frequented by tourists”.

The warning on Israel comes as the FCO advises British
nationals in Iraq and Kuwait to leave immediately.
