Thomas Cook has confirmed market speculation and appointed former Asda director Chris Onslow as managing director of sales.
Onslow will be responsible for management at the company’s 650 high street shops, its call centres, Thomascook.com and Thomas Cook TV.
He has held senior positions at Adams Childrenswear, Burtons Menswear and the Cauldwell Group.
