Counsellors is expanding its homeworking staff by a third to help the company
hit sales targets of £110 million this year.
The
Bolton-based agency aims to employ a further 200 homeworking travel
consultants, increasing the number of homeworking staff to 500.
Chairman David Speakman is predicting sales growth of
35% this year and claims the lack of overheads from a large call centre means
it can pay staff a higher salary than competitors, which in turn increases
employee loyalty.
