AVIS has launched a series of short storybooks to promote its partnership with British Airways, which is now in its second year. The books are all well known titles, including crime, sci-fi, romance and suspense by authors such as Graham Greene.
They are packaged in a cheque book-size fold-out leaflet, designed to be read in less than an hour and are available free to all Avis clients at the car-rental offices and in BA lounges.
Avis marketing manager Natasha Calow said the initiative is aimed at reducing stress among travellers.
“The Avis/BA tie-up aims to make all elements of the travel process easier for busy travellers – this is just one example” she added.
