MEON Villas managing director Jane
Sheppard has resigned after 24 years with the specialist operator.
She has headed up the villa operation for the past two
years but is leaving First Choice-owned Meon Villas to spend more time with her
family and has pursue new opportunities in the travel industry.
In addition to her most recent post as MD, Sheppard spent
several years as commercial director.
Sheppard said: “After 24 years I
really felt that the time had come to devote more time to my family. I’ll
miss the atmosphere at Meon greatly but am looking forward to meeting new
travel challenges in the future, when time permits.”
She will leave the operator at the
end of August. An announcement on her successor is expected shortly.
