Module 4: Tours and Attractions

• Take a tour around all three Cayman Islands on our Maritime Heritage Trail. The first of its kind in the Caribbean, this innovative heritage trail uncovers a rich maritime history and colourful culture closely tied to the sea.
  
• Get the full picture with the best bird’s eye view of Grand Cayman when you tour the island with Cayman Islands Helicopters. Visitors can choose from a short Seven Mile Beach tour to an hour-long Island tour.
  
• Step into a tropical garden teeming with approximately 50 different species of butterflies from around the globe and prepare to meet some of the world’s most colourful creatures at the Butterfly Farm (opposite Seven Mile Beach). Take a guided tour and learn about the miracle of metamorphosis; arrive early and witness new butterflies emerging from the chrysalis and taking their first flight.
  
• Supersail Cayman Maxi Challenge – the ultimate adrenaline rush. As a “crew member” on one of the 80ft Maxi Yachts, you will be invited to “work the boat” (with some help) or just sit back, relax and enjoy another highlight of your holiday. After you are welcomed on board you’ll be given a brief introduction to the yachts and the race course. After a 45 minute “warm up” sailing we start our Maxi Match Race alongside one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean – Seven Mile Beach.
  
• Explore the tranquil beauty of Cayman’s ecologically sensitive coastal environments on a kayak safari.  After a safety briefing and familiarization with the kayaks in a shallow, protected area, you will set out on your expedition, exploring secluded shorelines, inlets, bird-nesting areas, sea grass, and mangrove communities.
  
• Feel the power of the engines as Thriller Cayman’s power boat pulls away from the dock – then accelerate toward a day of fun in the sun! Fly across the water as you journey south taking in the beautiful shoreline of Grand Cayman. You’ll then race to the North West point past the Turtle Farm before slowing down for a short stop at Grand Cayman’s newest beach destination, Sea Grape Restaurant and Beach Bar on Seven Mile Beach.
