Hoseasons Agent Training Online was launched to help our travel agent partners learn more about our wide range of self catering products, in Britain, Ireland and Europe.
This interactive site allows agents the opportunity to complete study modules, answer questions, earn certificates and win prizes.
It is easy to register. Agents simply log on and provide their ABTA number along with a few personal details. This enables them to visit, and re-visit the site, dependent upon their workload. If they have completed say 2 of the 7 modules, they can return at a later date to do more, and the system saves their work as they progress.
As well as an opportunity to learn about 7 distinctly different products, agents can post messages on the notice board, telling us and other users their views and sharing ideas too. A further benefit is a Weekly Feature telling users Hoseasons latest news, from brochure launches to Special Offers.
We can see from current usage that the site is regularly visited, with over 9661 module attempts to date. We have learnt from agents’ feedback that they find the site both challenging and rewarding.
