Take Advantage of competition

Travel agents are being asked to suggest topics for debate at this year’s Advantage Business Travel Centre conference, and win a place at the event for their trouble.

Advantage director of business travel Norman Gage is looking for suggestions for two Oxford-style debates at the conference, which takes place in Munich on October 19-20. The two agents who come up with the best topics will be invited to join 180 other delegates at the conference, with flights, accommodation and conference fee paid by Travel Weekly.

Gage said: “The competition is open to everyone. Even if they are a non-Advantage member, or a leisure agent, they can come as a special guest of Advantage. We haven’t got all the answers and we are asking agents to let us know the topics they want to hear debated.”

Send your ideas to: Travel Weekly/Advantage Great Debate at the usual Travel Weekly address, or e-mail: travelweekly.news@rbi.co.uk.

Entries must be in by August 19 and the winners will be announced in September.
