The resort
Dreams Cancun Resort & Spa is an all-inclusive luxury resort situated at ‘Punta Cancun’ – a unique location at the very tip of the island of Cancun, surrounded on three sides by the glorious Caribbean waters.
An architectural masterpiece, Dreams Cancun Resort & Spa’s pyramid building and panoramic tower combine traditional Mayan with contemporary Mexican architecture.
Our outdoor pool and Jacuzzi area are complemented by a saltwater lagoon, allowing guests to swim or paddle among indigenous sea life.
Accommodations
For every reason to leave your private room or suite, there’s another to stay there. All accommodations are furnished with a king-size bed or two double beds, and have a spacious terrace or balcony with views of the ocean, beaches or lagoon. Rooms and suites are decorated in a contemporary Mexican style with marble and colonial mosaics, and are appointed with everything to keep guests comfortable and entertained.
Each offers satellite TV, a CD/DVD player and a mini-bar with premium brands (inclusive and refreshed daily with juice, bottled water, beer and soft drinks). Naturally we also provide 24-hour room service, so you never have to leave the comfort of your room.
Additional benefits are available in the Club section and include national and international newspapers, separate check-in, private breakfast and afternoon cocktails and hors d’oeuvres as well as private concierge service.
Activities
Are your clients looking for activities on dry land? Or would they prefer to immerse themselves in the warm waters of the Caribbean? Whatever their preference, at Dreams Cancun Resort & Spa the list of activities is endless.
Lounge on several excellent beaches with shaded palapas or get active with various pool and sea activities including water bicycles (fee), sailing, kayaking, diving and snorkeling. Land-based activities include unlimited golf at Cancun Golf Club at Pok-ta-Pok, tennis lessons, Euro-bungee, billiards and keeping in shape at our fully-equipped fitness centre or on the jogging path that winds throughout the resort.
For guests who want to try something new, Dreams Cancun Resort & Spa also offers a daily schedule of supervised activities, including Caribbean dance, Spanish lessons, cocktail mixing, beach volleyball and much more…
Explorer’s Club for kids
Our exciting Explorer’s Club offers younger guests (3 – 12 years) their own programme of activities based on science, nature and exploration. Among the activities are big-screen movies on the beach, sandcastle competitions, star-gazing, arts and crafts and weekly campout adventures.
The Explorer’s Club is open daily from 9am to 10pm and beepers are provided for parents so the kids don’t lose them!
Spa and relaxation
Open 12 hours a day, our Spa and Spa Garden’s 10 indoor and 11 outdoor treatment rooms offer an exceptional variety of massage, aromatherapy and reflexology treatments, as well as multiple hydrotherapy treatments, steam rooms, saunas, Swiss showers and a full-service beauty salon.
Outside in the Spa Garden guests will find whirlpool baths featuring cascading waterfalls – some treatments are even available at locations in front of the ocean.
Our treatments make use of natural and indigenous ingredients, as well as premium brand products by Creative / OPI and Faruk. Prestigious skin care lines like Germaine de Capuccini and Pevonia are available in the Spa Boutique.

Guests will enjoy unforgettable meals in our four gourmet restaurants, which offer:
