Royal Caribbean Cruise Line has appointed Mark Kelly as conference and incentive sales manager. Kelly, who has worked for TMB Marketing and Communications, Capital World Travel and World Event Management, will report to head of field sales Michael English.
Paul Carter, former sales and commercial director at Kwik Travel, has been made a director at Broadway Travel. Carter plans to boost holiday sales through conventional operators as well as roll out Broadway Travel’s dynamic packaging facility.
Air New Zealand’s Scott Carr (pictured) is to move to the airline’s London office from Auckland to become Europe general manager. Carr will replace Simon Bean, who has worked for the carrier since 1996 and is leaving.
London bus tour operator The Original Tour, a subsidiary of Arriva, has appointed Bob Scowen as managing director. Scowen has moved from the operator’s international division to take up the new post.
