JETSETowner John Bond has dismissed reports Airtours is to buy his company for £1m.
He refused to comment directly on the issue, and played down reports of a deal.
However, industry insiders claim the acquisition is near completion.
Jetset has several divisions including a quality long-haul business, a UK and Ireland specialist and air consolidators.
