NORWEGIAN Cruise Lines will now be able to educate more agents online thanks to new technology.
The new Webex service allows up to six participants to attend an interactive training session without having to leave their offices.
Meanwhile, the NCL trainer is still able to make PowerPoint presentations using the technology while maintaining interaction with agents.
NCL UK director of passenger services Sally-Anne Beasley said: “Webex is a fantastic opportunity for us to help travel agents to learn more about NCL and its Freestyle Cruising products without having to leave their offices.
“Following several weeks of testing we have been using this new service with selected travel agents. It helps us to go that extra mile in providing personalised and extra attention to our travel partners.”
