INTERNATIONAL Travel Connections, which comprises ITC Classics and ITC Sports, has acquired the assets and business of AI (Leisure) Ltd which trades as tour operator Complete Caribbean.
The deal was sealed yesterday (Thursday October 19 2006) after the company went into administration on October 17. The acquisition includes all Complete Caribbean’s forward bookings, of which there were 350. Tour operator ITC Classics will now process the bookings.
