THE MARKETING arm of P&O Cruises, Princess Cruises, Cunard Line and Ocean Village has launched a new online booking system is says will make it easier for agents to book cruise.
The revamped facility developed by Complete Cruise Solution offers a number of new features including 24-hour availability, the ability to cross reference bookings for passengers travelling together who wish to dine together, retrieve and display bookings and print a summary for the customer.
The new system also features a training module to help agents use it and will feature all agency promotions that are available as well as a “best deal available” function enabling agents to search for the best prices.
Head of sales for CCS Giles Hawke said: “This system is a massive step forward in our online development and is a tool that will make a significant difference to agents bookings any of our cruises.
“We encourage agents who aren’t familiar with our online booking system to give it a go, they will be surprised at how user-friendly it is. And now it’s even quicker and more powerful, which means agents can provide the most professional and informed service possible.”
The upgraded site will officially launch on November 1.
