Hotel4u.com has beefed up its overseas customer support with the appointment of three regional in-resort managers.
The positions – covering the eastern Mediterranean, western Mediterranean and the Canaries – follow the accommodation-only firm’s switch from a hotel agent to booking principal, which brings with it greater customer responsibilities.
Eastern Med manager Dawn Braham, Western Med manager Steve Bell and Canaries manager Vikki Gwilt being responsible for in-resort health and safety and customer service.
All three will report to finance and operations director Jacky Bedlow.
Sales and marketing director John Harding added: “The key issue of customer service in resort has become even more important.”
