The Travel Trust Association has agreed a deal with the in resort holiday representative service company Destination Care.
All TTA agent members will be offered services provided by Destination Care, including 24-hour in resort assistance, for dynamically packaged holiday they sell following an agreement of commercial terms.
Destination Care managing director Lawrence Assock said: “This is a significant and important signing for Destination Care as TTA members have been putting together the tailor made package well before the mass dynamic package boom and understand the need for peace of mind for both their clients and themselves.
“We look forward to looking after the TTA’s clients in resort and will deliver top quality customer service that will hopefully ensure the agent retains that client for future bookings.”
