Hidden Croatia unveils customisable e-brochure – 11 Jan 2006

Specialist tour operator Hidden Croatia has launched a white label e-brochure for travel agencies.

The operator, which has only recently started selling through the trade, claims it is the first e-brochure agencies can brand as their own and tailor-make for the customer’s requirements by only choosing the relevant pages.

The brochure features 36 properties in Croatia but the programme is being extended to include more than 120 accommodation options.

The programme also allows agents to dynamically package holidays using Hidden Croatia’s ATOL.

Head of sales Alison Jago said the e-brochure was trialled with a small group of independent agents who said it was an “immensely effective sales tool”.

She said there has been “a strong uptake” of the e-brochure from agents and as a result expects strong sales in 2007.

“It assists agents in looking knowledgeable and professional by producing a bespoke brochure, ” she said

Knebworth-based Off Broadway Travel partner Tricia Conroy Smith said the e-brochure has contributed to an increased interest in Croatia and more bookings.

“It’s great to put a brochure together and send it out with our branding,” she said. “I’ve never been to Croatia but the brochure makes us look like experts and helps us sell the destination.”

Jago added the investment in the e-brochure reaffirms the operator’s commitment to the trade since its move to sell through agents.

“Developments like these do not come cheap,” she said.

Hidden Croatia also offers a client-facing custom e-brochure service on its website.
