Holiday Extras freezes prices for insurance – 15 Jan 2007

Holiday Extras has frozen its insurance prices to last year’s levels for 2007 and is offering rolling contracts so agents will no longer have to fill out paperwork.

This year the holiday add-on company also plans to launch its insurance website where agents will be able to amend details, change prices, send email confirmations and keep track of their earnings.

Policies can be sold in three different ways  – through a retail account, via the website account, where up to 20% commission can be made, or through a referral system with Holiday Extras.

Holiday Extras sales director Howard Dove said: “With our price freeze in 2007 agents can continue to receive all the benefits of selling insurance with Holiday Extras at the same price, without having to fill in any paperwork.

“Not only can agents already choose how they want to sell insurance to their customers, but they can now capture annual renewal dates to help our agents  tap into the growing annual insurance markets.”
