Cadogan Holidays owner The Bland Group has acquired flight-only operator Teleticket, for an undisclosed sum.
Teleticket has operated for 10 years to various destinations across Europe including the Canaries, Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Turkey and Egypt and Sal, Cape Verde.
The Bland Group, which has an annual turnover in excess of £250 million, also owns GB Airways and The Rock Hotel in Gibraltar.
Teleticket will retain its senior management team and the board of directors will be strengthened by the addition of three Bland Group directors.
