Air Namibia doesn’t play fair

Imagine an airline that re-schedules passengers, makes them wait seven months for a refund on business-class tickets and then charges £10 per ticket admin fee.

This seems to be the norm if you deal direct with Air Namibia who have the monopoly on direct flights to that wonderful country. My advice, dear colleagues, is not to touch them with somebody else’s barge pole and that way you retain the goodwill of high-spending clients and some sense of reality with this increasingly irksome business.
