Advantage is to launch a trading platform on its intranet to promote cross-selling between member’s businesses.
The move will allow Advantage agents who have developed tour operations to promote their products and sell them through fellow members.
The platform goes live next week.
Managing director John McEwan said: “We have loads of members who have specialist tour operator products and who have traditionally sold to their own customer base. This is an additional retail opportunity.”
Individual operators would not be preferred suppliers for the Triton.
Advantage also plans a poll to find out members’ expertise to help agents source destination information from each other.
