Friday August 17

Thursday August 16
- Police sources claim that the camp has been infiltrated by known troublemakers (BBC)
- There have been arrests at Biggin Hill after small groups of protesters attempted to ‘shut down’ two private airports (Times, BBC, Guardian)
- Protesters are planning ‘a series of 24-hour blockades’ beginning on Sunday (Telegraph, Scotsman)
