Hotels4U recruits as sales hit new high – 07 Sep 2007

Hotels4u.com has taken on a raft of new staff and has reported August business to be more than double than the same month last year.


The business has invested more than £200,000 in expanding its Surrey offices. It now has a workforce of almost 100 staff.


Mark Nisbet, formerly of Thomas Cook, has been appointed head of product and planning, while Nicola Revell has been made head of purchasing for the Canary Islands, reporting directly into managing director Haim Perry.


Two new appointments have also been made to the UK customer services team: customer services executive Liz Miller and customer servicesadministrator Danniell Aves.


Sales director John Harding said: “We have had a fantastic month in terms of revenue and profitability and passenger carryings.


“We are expanding our concentration of expertise in areas where we need to expand.”


Two further appointments are expected to be made over the next 12 months.
