Hoseasons Holidays chief executive Richard Carrick has taken up the position of non-executive director with Alpha International Accommodation.
Carrick will advise across the group’s three travel brands AlphaRooms, Transferstore and Vacenza.
Previously he has held general management and marketing director positions at MyTravel, Airtours, Forte Hotels and Restaurants, Saga Holidays and the International Leisure Group.
Carrick said: “It was a compliment to be asked to join the Alpha board. It is a dynamic and very successful online business and I look forward to learning from them, as much as I do contributing to their next phase of growth.
“The Vacenza dynamic packaging product is as good as anything in the market and should be a very attractive and profitable tool for retail agents, particularly the independents.”
