Superbreak Mini-Holidays has launched a Mini Cruise Breaks brochure featuring P&O Ferries services from Hull to Rotterdam and Zeebrugge, and Portsmouth to Bilbao.
Clients can take a mini cruise to each destination, with a few hours in the city before they return home, or bolt on a night in a hotel.
Superbreak sales director Ian Mounser said agents sold more than 12,000 places on the mini cruise programme in the 12 months to August 2007, up 5% on last year.
Clients on a mini cruise from Hull get a full day in Amsterdam or Bruges, while those on a Bilbao cruise spend up to 36 hours onboard, and have four hours in the city.
For 2008, Superbreak bolt-on hotels in Bilbao start from £29.75 per person per night with breakfast. Amsterdam and Bruges hotels cost from £35.50 and £22.50 per person per night, including breakfast.
Mini cruises cost from £33 per person from Hull to Rotterdam including two nights’ cabin accommodation on the ferry and return coach transfers to Amsterdam. Portsmouth to Bilbao costs between £32 and £37 per person return.
