Emirates Tours adds China to programme

Emirates Tours is looking to make the most of 2008’s Olympics Games by including China in its programme for the first time next year.

Product and marketing manager Beth Adams, said: “China is enjoying growing popularity as a tourist destination and we are looking to embrace this.”

The operator has added two tours and a range of extension offerings, with the seven night Colours of China option, which takes in highlights such as Beijing, the Terracotta Warriors in Xi’an and Shanghai leading in at £1,549.

The redesigned brochure features 12 destinations across the Middle East, Indian Ocean and Asia, with twin-centre options and suggestions for experience-based breaks around themes such as wellness and romance.

Prices start at £539 per person for three nights’ bed and breakfast at the Le Méridien Al Aqah Beach Resort and Spa in Fujairah, including flights and private car transfers.
