Accommodation only provider Bedbank has added to its US product range.
The company has introduced a dedicated villa ‘Welcome Centre’ in Florida providing 24-hour assistance. Over the next two months, attraction tickets and car hire will become bookable online as well as through the call centre.
Commercial director Janette Bell said: “This marks the first in a number of changes which we will be executing over the coming year in order to enhance the user’s experience on our website.”
Bell has returned to the company after establishing her own direct sell website under Future Travel’s PTA divison.
