Dubai: Agent Training Programme

For an agent the best way to learn is by visiting Dubai and experiencing first-hand all that it has to offer.

After my recent trip with Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM)  I can sell Dubai a lot better and can answer most questions without referring to brochures or websites.

If you can’t get there in person another way to keep up to date with all the developments is to register for the Dubai Expert online training programme run by the DTCM. The training modules put the information across in an easy-to-read format

What?  Eighteen 30-minute modules completed online.

How long? DTCM advises the training takes roughly nine hours in total.

Why?  Certificates, window sticker accreditation, a place on the DTCM referral list and lots more.

Qualified Dubai Experts can benefit from eligibility to be considered for invitations on DTCM familiarisation trips as well as special deals with suppliers, such as flights to Dubai with Emirates Airlines for as little as £100 (plus taxes and fuel surcharges).

Plus, of course, your increased knowledge of Dubai will help you sell more and boost your commission.

Who can join? Travel agents and tour operators; airline representatives and reservation staff; hotel representatives and reservation staff; members of travel and tourism associations, institutes and professional bodies; destination management company staff ; commerce organisations with Dubai links; MICE organisations; students of tourism and travel; media.

How? Register online at Dubaiexpert.co.uk
