IN ANSWER to Longwood Holidays comments about educationals being a waste of money, Istrongly disagree.
I have travelled on a few trips, some with tour operators, some with national tourist organisations. All have been to places I have never been to previously.
It has given me the opportunity to stay in hotelsI probably couldn’t afford to stay in otherwise and to experience places I perhaps wouldn’t have thought of going to, Israel being a prime example.
Accommodation can easily be shown in brochures but personal experience of destinations is invaluable, and very much appreciated by clients.
It has certainly helped me to make sales I might not have made otherwise. Sue BoothWardle Travel
