Air fares starting at £99 to connect to Celebrity Cruises ship in the Mediterranean this summer are being made available from today (Friday).
There is limited availability on the £99 flights, while other seats are available for up to £199 to join cruise ships sailing from Civitavecchia – the port of Rome – and Venice.
The £99 flights are available from airports including Heathrow, London Gatwick, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Dublin.
The low-cost air fares are on top of additional extras such as drinks packages already included in the price, meaning beer, wine and cocktails worth over £40 a day are at no additional cost.
An 11-night Best of the Western Mediterranean cruise departing on May 29 leads in at £1,499 per person for an ocean view cabin based on two people sharing including flights from Heathrow or Gatwick within the holiday package for £99 for bookings made by the end of February.
The line’s UK and Ireland marketing and PR director Toby Shaw said: “Our new fares – only just released, and not likely to last very long – make an escape to sunshine this summer a better value reality.”
