SeaDream Yacht Club has introduced a range of new European and Caribbean ports of call for 2009 and is offering mixed duration cruises for a second year.
New ports in Europe include Formentera in Spain Ponta Delgada in the Azores and Piran in Slovenia. There are also three new ports in Croatia, two in Tunisia, three in Italy, six in France and five in Greece.
For the Caribbean new ports include Cooper Island in the British Virgin Islands, and three ports in the Dominican Republic, two in Puerto Rico’s Virgin Islands and two in the US Virgin Islands.
The 2009 programme includes five, seven and night-night sailings after a successful introduction of different itinerary lengths last year. The introduction of the nine-night cruise resulted in an almost 50% increase in ex-UK passengers during winter 2007/08.
From May to October the 110-passenger SeaDream I and SeaDream II will sail across the Mediterranean, in the Adriatic, the Aegean Sea, up into Croatia and to North Africa, and in the Caribbean from January to April.
