Bales Worldwide has relaunched its website to provide product and destination information specifically designed for agents.
The site, www.balesagents.com, offers extensive destination information, online training, up to date special offers , according to Greta Stonestreet, agency sales manager for Bales Worldwide.
“Our travel agents really needed somewhere they could find out everything they needed to know about our product, which is why we launched this website.”
The Bales agency sales team aim to make learning about products and destinations fun, by creating an interactive quiz. Travel agents can test themselves on each destination brochure to find out how much they know about the countries Bales Worldwide operates to.
Key selling points are outlined on the website, clarifying the advantages of booking with Bales Worldwide, the firm said. For example, almost 60% of Bales clients return to book again and the average group size is between only 12 and 16 passengers.
The site also allows agents to download promotional posters for window displays. Key holiday information such as visa requirements, local currency, time difference, best time to travel is also available on the site.
