More than 80 people have been killed after a series of bomb blasts tore through Jaipur in India.
A further 150 people were injured in the six explosions on Tuesday and more deaths are anticipated following what is now the worst terrorist attack in the country in two years.
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office is currently investigating the situation although there are no reports that any British travellers were hurt in the blast in one of India’s key cities for tourism.
More than 600,000 British tourists visit the country annually and the FCO is urging Brits to regularly check its website for further updates.
