To coincide with our Indochina promotion offering complimentary flights on three of our itineraries+, for any bookings made until 31st May 2017, all travel agents will receive a Jamie Oliver Cookery School Experience to be used on the Vietnamese Street Food class.
The 2 hour cookery class will help you learn about the skills and techniques that make classic Vietnamese cooking so special. Through classic beef pho, prawn and vegetable summer rolls and some delicious pork balls you’ll get a crash course in the tastes of Vietnam, getting your hands dirty making them all before freshening up and enjoying your creation. Great for beginners or kitchen experts looking to learn something new.
The class is located in Jamie Oliver’s restaurant at Westfield Shopping Centre in Shepherds Bush, London. The Vietnamese Street Food classes take place on selected dates at least once a week, currently displaying until the end of June.
Things to note:
• Some courses may require you to work in pairs and you may be paired with another individual for the duration of the class.
• The experience is the Vietnamese Street Food cookery class but if there are any availability issues it can be used towards another cookery class.
Recommended: book at least four weeks in advance to ensure the dates are available.
