Monarch took 14 travel agents on a tour of its engineering facility at Birmingham airport last week.
The agents, from independent travel agencies around the Midlands, included apprentices, homeworkers and business owners.
The group was led by head of trade sales Simon Garrido, national account managers Kirsty Bachelor and Karen Woods, and new business development executives Emma Fuller, James Carvetta and Hayley Morris.
The hangar provides engineering support for Monarch’s fleet as well as a number of other airlines.
During the visit the group were taken on board an aircraft to see the maintenance in operation.
