P&O Cruises has refocused its 2009 brochure on destinations following customer and agent research.
P&O Cruises managing director Nigel Esdale said the redesigned brochure which covers holidays between January 2009 and March 2010 is ordered by destination rather than ship.
Its research also revealed that customers were researching their holidays through various means such as brochures, websites, cruiselines websites and cruise forums.
The brochure now has a unique URL for every cruise, allowing agents and customers to check the latest prices and obtain additional information. The new brochure has also simplified the pricing for all grades of cabin.
Esdale said: “Our 2009 programme is our biggest yet, offering a 30% increase in capacity for our brands with the first full year of Ventura.”
News ports include Antwerp in Belgium, the island of Hvar in Croatia and La Spezia in Italy.
