Accommodation-only supplier Hotels4u is now offering 30 properties in New York and Las Vegas, with more US destinations to be added in the next few weeks.
In New York, properties are mainly four and five star ranging from the Sheraton Suites on the Hudson to the iconic Royalton Hotel, a short walk from Time Square.
Lead-in prices start from £60.63 per person per night on a room only basis at the Sheraton Suites. The company plans to build on the selection soon with the addition of two and three star hotels.
In Las Vegas, Circus Circus, Mirage, MGM Grand and the Luxor are among the 14 hotels available to book now. Lead-in prices start at £60.63 per person per night on a room only basis at Circus Circus.
Los Angeles and San Francisco are next on the list, and other cities will be added on a regular basis.
Rates for all the hotels are loaded until the end of March 2009 so agents can still book accommodation for last minute breaks this summer as well as the popular travel times of Christmas and New Year.
Hotels4u sales and marketing manager John Harding said: “This is the first time that we have directly contracted properties in the US, which makes our site more attractive and easier for agents to use. The US will be a huge market for us and a very important addition to our portfolio for our customers.”
