New roles for Royal Caribbean bosses

Royal Caribbean has chosen senior executives Robin Shaw and Jo Rzymowska to head its expanded UK and Ireland organisation.

Shaw has taken on the role of vice president and managing director, while Rzymowska is associate vice president and general manager.

Shaw now has wider responsibilities for finance, HR, revenue management and guest experience.  He reports to Royal Caribbean senior vice president Michael Bayley, who is based in Miami.

Rzymowska will continue to manage sales, marketing, trade and guest services in the new structure, but she now has wider support to promote future growth in the market. Rzymowska continues to report to Shaw in her new position.

Bayley said: “The UK and Ireland market is one of the most dynamic cruise markets in the world. Robin and Jo are a proven team that has driven much of our company’s success in this market. We are tremendously pleased that both executives will be leading our company to even greater success as we expand globally.”
