Travel technology specialist Zolv becomes Atas associate member

Travel technology specialist Zolv has signed up as an associate member of the Association of Touring and Adventure Suppliers.

As associate members, Zolv will promote its expertise to agents and suppliers in the touring and adventure sector, in addition to attending the inaugural Atas Conference in October.

Zolv has provided technology and online products for travel clients since the mid-1990s, specialising in custom software, tools and websites.

Olly Wenn, managing director, said: “We are excited to be one of the first associate members of Atas and look forward to working with other members in helping promote tours and adventures to the trade.

“As consumer demand for ‘something different’ increases, there is a huge opportunity for growth in the touring and adventure sector, and just as Clia has been a driving force for cruise, we believe Atas will be a fantastic vehicle for promoting not only its members, but also the very concept of tour and adventure holidays.”

He added: “A key aim of the association is building agents’ knowledge of, and expertise in, the wide range of tour and adventure product available, which is something Zolv and Full Picture are particularly keen to help members develop.”

Atas was formed in April by leading suppliers in the sector in association with Travel Weekly. There are currently 25 supplier members.
