The Travel Network Group today unveiled a new marketing push under the theme of ‘Trust Us’.
More than 320 members are receiving new marketing campaign material this week.
Videos, personalised for agent members to use in their local areas, have been produced to share on their websites and social media channels.
Offer cards and a flyer offering holidays for less than £1,000 are part of personalised point of sale material.
The group’s homeworking division – Independent Travel Experts – is featuring a ‘win £500 holiday spending money’ competition
Homeworkers also have a bespoke flyer which allows them promote themselves using their own unique selling points. Social media banners, email footers and a video have also been created for ITE homeworkers.
Members of the group’s cruise club have received an exclusive campaign under the tag line ‘Your cruise adventure starts here’.
Group marketing director Si Morris-Green said: “We are really excited with this campaign, which perfectly summarises how many customers feel about their local independent travel agent.
“A holiday is one of the biggest purchases that consumers make in a year, and they put a lot of trust into their travel agent to make sure it’s the best time of the year for them and their families.
“Within one hour of launch, homeworkers had already submitted over 20 entries, and we are expecting over 500 entries before the winner is announced on September 29.”
He added: “We have sourced and created 10 fantastic products, unique to cruise club members.
“To help with the promotion of these products we have designed 10 window cards, 10 web banners, weekly e-shots and product videos to help support sales.
“Within the next few weeks we will also be launching The Cruise Club concierge magazine that will be sent to our cruise club members along with an electronic flip brochure.
“This year we have seen a 25% increase in the number of members opting into receive the materials every quarter.
“Having access to four campaigns a year – all for free – represents incredible value for them and keeps their retail environments fresh and relevant.”
