With the new football season fast approaching, it’s time to kick off this year’s Travel Industry Fantasy Football competition.
The competition is organised and run by C&M Travel Recruitment and is once again being sponsored by Travel Weekly as well as youtravel.com and Affordable Car Hire.
At the end of the season in May 2009, the overall winners of the tournament will be presented with a range of prizes including free accommodation in both Spain and Greece donated by the bed bank and Virgin Experience Vouchers donated by C&M.
Each manager of the month during the competition will be able to celebrate with a bottle of champagne thanks to sponsor Affordable Car Hire.
C&M lead consultant and office Fantasy Football champion Sean Jeddaoui welcomed the start of the new season, saying: “Thank god it is this time of year again, it seems to have taken forever to come back around and the office banter hasn’t quite been the same without it!”
Youtravel.com sales and marketing director Paul Riches added: “We are delighted to be involved with the fantasy football again. It’s a great way of interacting with agents all over the country in a fun way.
