A villa specialist tour operator is looking to target the trade and is promising one of the best commission rates in the industry.
Just Florida is setting up a trade-only website and is initially launching its product to 50 independent travel agents. The company owns around 500 villa properties in areas including Florida, the Caribbean and Tennessee.
Business development manager Nick Camacho, a former area manager for the Hays Travel Independence Group, said the product would be available to the trade from December.
“With more and more people dynamic packaging, there’s a great demand for accommodation only. I have worked in the travel trade my whole life and understand how important agents are to the industry. That’s why we are paying among the highest commission in the industry,” he said.
