n legoland spends £5m for christmas



Legoland Windsor has spent £5m on Christmas attractions including 20 giant Lego trees, a toy factory and a mini-winter land. The attraction is planning to open over the Christmas and New Year period for the first time this year. It will be open every day except Christmas Day.



n leeds castle names events manager



Leeds Castle in Kent has appointed Richard Millward to the post of special events manager. He will be responsible for increasing the attraction’s annual programme of events, which include open-air concerts and a vintage car festival. Millward was previously a



freelance consultant to Middlesex University. He replaces Nick Day, who has taken a job at Blenheim Palace.
