Shearings has produced three brochures for summer 2018 for the first time in five years and introduced flight-only packages.
The operator’s programmes are This is Britain & Ireland, This is Europe and This is Breakaways, the latter previously known as the Hotel Collection. In total, the brochures feature more than 70 new holidays.
The aim of splitting the product is to educate agents and customers on the diversity and flexibility of Shearings’ range, according to managing director Jane Atkins.
“We feel it’s important our UK and European touring programmes are showcased in their own brochures to give customers a better understanding of the breadth of holidays and travel options available to them,” she said. “This will also help agents target the two markets.”
More than 40 itineraries have been added to the Britain & Ireland brochure, including holidays in the Channel Islands. New attractions include Leeds Castle in Kent and events such as the Cheltenham Festival.
This is Europe includes 30 new itineraries and for the first time offers short breaks only available by air, such as Cyprus from £614, and the Costa del Sol, from £719.
This is Breakaways is now a programme of breaks of up to five days by coach, rail and air, as well as self-drive in the UK and Europe.
