Tui is to introduce Southampton to Menorca flights from May 2018.
The service will run from May 26 to September 8 next summer.
Karen Switzer, Tui UK & Ireland’s director of aviation planning, revealed the move is designed to give customers in Hampshire “a greater choice”.
Southampton airport now flies direct to all three Balearic Islands – Majorca, Ibiza and Menorca.
Switzer said: “Introducing the new route from Southampton is a key part of our strategy to offer all our customers as much choice as possible to give them the holiday experience that best suits their individual needs.
“Holidaymakers in the local area will now have wider access than ever before to our diverse collection of destinations and hotel concepts.”
