Royal Caribbean International will launch a Dubai programme in 2010 when the Brilliance of the Seas spends four months at the destination.
The seven night programme will run from January to April and more detailed itineraries are expected to be announced within the next few weeks for the ship which will carry up to 5,400 customers.
