Sarah Weetman, head of retail at Royal Caribbean International, has left the cruise operator by mutual agreement, it has been confirmed.
Weetman was appointed to the key trade role after joining Royal Caribbean from the now defunct All Leisure Group in June 2016.
She left the company last Friday (November 24). Weetman has not taken a position elsewhere.
In a statement Royal Caribbean’s Amanda Darrington, sales director for UK and Ireland, said: “Sarah Weetman left Royal Caribbean International by mutual agreement on Friday November 24, as a result of a strategic refocus within our retail team.
“We would like to thank Sarah for her hard work and commitment to the business and wish her well in the future.”
Further announcements on positions affected by the strategic refocus at Royal Caribbean are expected in the coming weeks.
