Norwegian Cruise Line has launched a new groups programme which promises to offer customers better savings and incentives.
Agents booking groups between December 20 and February 14 2000 can pass on a double saving to customers. As well as special group pricing, they can receive discounts of up to £440 per state room, without losing out on commission.
The NCL Group Benefits Points system is a reward scheme for agents. Agents receive points based on sailing date and itinerary and can then pass those onto customers in the form of gifts such as on-board bowling, spa treatments and meals.
NCL director of passenger services Sally-Anne Beasley said: “We wanted to offer travel partners an opportunity to create tailor made packages for their groups and offer bumper savings.
“We’ve also made setting up and managing groups much easier for agents, with the added support of a specialist sales team pre-cruise as well as a dedicated point of contact for customers on board via our Groups Services Co-ordinators.”
The programme builds on the first phase of the NCL Groups initiative launched earlier this year.
